Live-in schedule rotating 7 days on and 7 days off.
Serve as “parent” to residents in our group home program. Interact with children and implement daily living schedule
Transport to school, doctors, dentists, mental health appointments, court, etc.
Teach daily life and social skills through chores, recreation, homework, etc.
Responsible to maintain the household according to health and safety standards
Prepare meals per menu
Maintain assigned vehicle
Conduct daily devotions with children and attend church on Sunday and youth group on Wednesday
Requirements
Be at least 21 years old
Pass an FBI and CPS background check
Clean driving record
Have earned a Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, or ministry; or have at least six months professional experience working with youth (can include church youth group or sports.)
Adhere to and be willing to teach a conservative, fundamental, traditional lifestyle.
Able to work rotating live-in schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off
Physically able to engage in activities with youth
$38,500 − $45,000 / year (each) depending on education and experience.
